Who we are

Owensboro On Demand is run by two local students who are genuinely interested in technology and enjoy helping people get their devices working the way they should.
We started this because there's a real gap between “take it to Best Buy” and “figure it out yourself.” A lot of tech problems don't need a big-box repair counter — they need someone patient who will show up, listen, and sort it out at your kitchen table.
Our goal is simple: show up, be honest about what we can and can't do, give clear options, and leave your tech better than we found it.
What we believe
How we approach every job.
Plain language, always
We explain things in normal terms. If you don't understand what we're doing or why, that's on us to fix.
Honest about limits
If something is outside our scope, we'll tell you. We'd rather send you somewhere better than take your money and guess.
Clear before we start
We won't surprise you with a bill. You'll know what to expect — price, scope, and realistic outcome — before work begins.
Local help from people who actually care.
